Dear Distribution Partner/Customer,

Due to the recent damage in the Coquihalla highway in British Columbia and the time needed to mobilize road clearing and repairs, we would like to inform you that we will be encountering delays in the shipment of goods across Canada. This impacts the on-time delivery of your orders.

Couriers are moving the parcels on a first come, first serve basis, meaning once they get the trucks moving, they will send the packages they received first. Until all their backlogs are cleared, we won't be able to guarantee any delivery dates for ground packages.

We encourage you to continue to place your orders as normal so they can be prioritized as conditions improve.

As an option for urgent packages, there's the express/air delivery, which is still in service, but with additional charges.
