Esteemed Distribution Partner,

Due to global developments impacting supply and movement of goods, cost pressures on the supply chain, and the recent rise in inflation affecting our economy, we'll be executing some shipping rate updates and adjusting the prices on some of our products.
What does this mean for your business? Please read below for a greater explanation.

Shipping Rates

Our order shipping rates will be updated starting March 7, 2022 from a rate per unit to a rate determined by weight. The new model is more consistent with the industry standards and will bring you more value!

This update will streamline our operation process, giving you more saving opportunities as a loyal Distribution Partner & customer. The new model focuses on providing more savings when you order several products at once. Here's an example:
In order to take advantage of the new model, and grow your business, the economic opportunity lies within consolidating orders in bigger batches, from 1 - 2 products every month to 3 - 4 products every 2 months.

For Canada, the model is a little more complex, as shipping rates vary across different carriers in the country. There will be a slight increase in the 3-product combos, BUT we've managed to keep this very minimal at less than $1 cad. See how it works:
Price Adjustment

As we’ve all witnessed within every industry during these changing times, Organo has been experiencing raw material and cost increases for the past two years, which have been fully absorbed by the Company. Unfortunately, we cannot continue to absorb these costs and remain a successful business opportunity. There will be a 6-8% adjustment in the price of our Coffees, Teas, and Supplements beginning April 2022.

We’ve tried to delay these price adjustments for as long as possible, despite the fluctuations in the price of raw materials and operational costs. This price adjustment will help fuel our initiatives  to keep improving our service, build operational efficiencies, and develop a world class product line.
