Dear Valued Organo Distributors,
Please be informed that we are making some changes to commission payments which should positively impact your business. Organo Gold Europe BV will continue to make social security contributions for all our Swedish Independent distributors until they earn cumulative monthly gross commissions of over €500. After this threshold is reached, social security contributions remains the responsibility of our Independent distributors however Organo will no longer withhold your commission payments if F/FA card is not provided.
After above mentioned threshold is reached, social security contributions will be handled in one of the following ways:
- Organo will not deduct social security contributions from Independent Distributor's commissions if F/FA card has been provided. Guidance for F/FA registration can be found in your backoffice. Please send a copy of your F/FA registration to Organo Gold, 4th Floor, Voysey House, Barley Mow Passage, London, W4 4PN, UK or send it by email to europe@organogold.com.
- Organo will deduct social security contributions from Independent Distributor's commissions, if no F/FA card has been provided. If at any time during the existence of the contract, Independent Distributor becomes F/FA registered and provides it to Organo Gold then social security contributions from that moment onwards won't be deducted from earned commissions.
